Who we are

Pixel Edge Solutions ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in it at support@pixeledgesolution.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect: your name, work email address, company (optional), country, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your budget range, and your message.

We also record the IP address the enquiry was sent from, to protect the form against abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets only the cookies needed for it to work (a session cookie and a security token that protects forms), and remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser. Full details are in our cookie policy.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss and prepare a proposal for your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

To keep the form secure and prevent spam and automated submissions. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our website and inbox.

We will not send you marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them, and we never sell your data.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real person. To do this Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising or track you across websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our website database and delivered to our team by email. We use trusted providers for website hosting, email and bot protection, who process data only on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Some of these providers may process data in other countries. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case it becomes part of that client record. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law (for example GDPR in the UK and EU) gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
