Pixel Edge Solutions is an IT services and software development company. We help organisations replace the spreadsheets, workarounds and ageing systems that slow them down, then stay on to support what we build.

Why we exist
Most organisations do not need a grand transformation programme. They need the month-end close to stop depending on one person's spreadsheet, the reporting to agree with the finance system, and the old database nobody dares touch to be replaced without a weekend of downtime.
Too often the choice is between suppliers who oversell and then disappear after go-live, and in-house teams too stretched to take the work on. We set Pixel Edge Solutions up to sit in between: senior enough to advise honestly, practical enough to build and support the result.
That means starting with how the work actually gets done, being clear about cost and risk before anything is built, and leaving you with systems your own people can understand and run.
How we work
These are not values on a wall. They are how proposals are written, how work is delivered and what you are left with at the end.
You should understand what we are proposing, what it costs and why, without a glossary. Jargon is a sign the thinking is not finished.
If an off-the-shelf tool, a configuration change or a process fix solves the problem, we will tell you, even though it means less work for us.
Every project starts with a written scope, a phased plan and an estimate you can hold us to. No open-ended retainers by default.
Code, designs, documentation and cloud accounts are yours. You can take the work in-house or to another supplier at any time.
We work in short cycles with regular demos, so you see progress early and can change direction before it gets expensive.
Handover comes with documentation and runbooks. We can support and improve what we built, or train your team to run it.

How we deliver
No big-bang launches. We agree the scope in writing, deliver in phases you can see and test, and hand over documentation your team can use.
A discovery workshop with the people who do the work, not only the people who sign it off. We document systems, data and pain points.
