Hotel management app

A hotel management app for front desk and housekeeping teams to handle bookings, check-ins, room status and guest requests from their phones.

The problem

Front desk and housekeeping were coordinating room status by radio and paper lists, which slowed check-ins and caused double handling.

  3. 3 Housekeeping task lists and maintenance requests
  4. 4 Guest profiles and requests
  5. 5 Daily occupancy and activity reports for managers
